The ATL

We went on a girl's trip last weekend to Atlanta.  The big draw was Giorgio's Italian Eatery of Bachelor fame.  Don't let it's meager strip mall appearance fool you, it was worth the drive. No Constantine sightings, but lots of memorabilia and a very nice waitress who put up with us even after closing and entertained a story of Laura's brother's ex-girlfriend which truth be told did not come up organically.
Our other big highlight was the aquarium.  (Biggest in the US!)  It was pretty awesome. They had whale sharks, belugas, a very cheesy dolphin show, the biggest back flipping rays I'd ever seen, and lots of other not so standard fare.  I'm surprised they didn't have mermaids.

Winter Break Projects

A crayon roll, because the box lasted 3 minutes.

Some play food for our new shopping cart.  Hold me to the future project of kitchenesque inserts for our living room cabinets.

Carol singers.

And last and most impressive, these elf nether regions.

New Year's Eve

Cozy socks, Chinese, the cutest little baby, and friends nice enough to call this minimal excitement good enough for their New Year's Eve plans.
