18 Months

We are 18 months over here!

Silas still loves carrying around yard tools and can't get enough of the great outdoors.  He runs to most destinations.  He is the best smoocher, hug giver, and eskimo kisser.  He knows all his facial features, can sort colors, unscrew things, scribbles, and has a large appetite for pretend food.  He is signing some, but still doesn't say much.  He will flush any toilet around and loves being read to.  He is very ticklish and Dad and I have a good time with that.  He knows better than to lift up his arms anymore. He is sweet and independent and we are big fans!

The 12-13 Month (plus a few days) Collection

Silas visits the 5th grade.

I thought this picture would be a great idea.  What little boy wouldn't think it was awesome to see a photo of himself covered in bugs at a young age.  A mixture of grossness and daredevilry anyone could be proud of.  It was all fun and games until the first taste test.  I'll give this win to his nay-saying dad.

10-11 Month Hodge Podge

Drum solo.

We wanted to take him to a video store, thinking these may become a thing of the past during his childhood.  They did not follow through with their no shoes, no service policy.

6-7 Month Hodge Podge

This month flew by.  We started brushing our teeth, got our first Valentines from Beth, Liam, Emma, Kristen, Uncle Trevor & Trenton, Meemaw & Gramps, and Gigi & Mr. Roebke.  We had some more lazy snow days, and most recently we have taken up the habit of puking repeatedly every other day.
